Richard A. Janisch | principal


Richard A. Janisch is a founding principal of Arcina Risk Group. He is a licensed attorney with more than 25 years of experience in the legal and insurance industry. Previously, he spent nearly 10 years as a senior vice president with Marsh, a Fortune 500 risk and insurance services firm, where he built a risk consulting and mass tort practice for the West Coast region. A member of the California Bar Association, Richard practiced law in Los Angeles for 20 years with firms such as Arter & Hadden LLP and Sedgwick Detert Moran & Arnold LLP.

He is a respected thought leader on mass tort and complex claims and has consulted with numerous Fortune 1000 firms. A resident of Pasadena, Richard has been a member of the City of Pasadena Planning Commission since 1996. He earned his B.A. from Loyola Marymount University and J.D. from Southwestern School of Law.
